Ya en 1743 con Handel todavía vivo, Francesco Geminiani hace un arreglo de la "Water Music" para instrumentos de teclado, para poder tocar esta obra popular en un entorno doméstico. Entonces, alrededor de 1749, un músico desconocido organizó la "Música para los reales fuegos de artificio" para flauta travesera o violín y clavecín.
